BANK ACCOUNT NAMES

RecommendationRegulation 2.1 requires the word client to be included in the title of all Client Bank Accounts. It is good practice, though not essential, to include the word office on all Office Bank Accounts.

Recommendation

Please write to all banks in which the practice holds money and request that they rename each account to include the word Client or Office accordingly.
